At Early Rider, we want to ensure your young explorer is perfectly matched with their new bike, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the bike or accessory in its original box with all protective padding, manuals, and tools included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
